Cornella (Sub-Regional Shiraz)

Cornella (Sub-Regional Shiraz)

This wine comprises a blend of two parcels of Shiraz from low yielding vineyards on the southern end of the Colbinabbin Range, grown in rich Cambrian over-clay soils. As these vineyards ripen slightly later than the northern part of the range, but earlier than more southerly areas located closer to the winery, they are worthy of baring their own distinction. Cornella tends to be deliciously fruit-driven with a crunchy natural acidity distinct to these small vineyards.

Vintages: 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015
